I recently worked with the Showalter team on a roof replacement of 138 units (27 buildings total) and the project was completed within the timeframe established during the initial meeting. The onsite contact (Mariusz) was prompt in addressing all of our concerns and addressing the need of both management and Board of Directors.

Needed minor roof and soffit repair, and was also concerned about gutters in several areas. Willi provided itemized estimate for all the work. The estimate was greater than I had budgeted. Willi then took the time to explain to me how he would prioritize the work. His patience and expertise were appreciated. The work was then done by Ryan and Javier. They showed up on time, were professional, and did excellent work. Thank you all.
